Nokia E-series is the core business and commercial series designed by Nokia for those who have their offices locked-up in their pockets, even while going on a vacation. In spite of having such competitor companies like I-mate, HP, Blackberry and HTC Touch, who are have been occupied in manufacturing business phones for so long Nokia’s idea of designing & separating a dedicated series for the businessmen was yet a confusing job. But Nokia, being the most charismatic cellphone brand today took the challenge seriously. It was although a hard job to start right from the beginning. Years back Nokia 6xxx series was considered as the best business series but with the channel of time the motive of the series faded and Nokia had the way cleared to announce the call for battle. And the company launched Nokia Eseries; the first wave was consisted of three phones Nokia E60, Nokia E61 and Nokia E70. Nokia E60 made its proper position in the market due to its candy-bar design and professional glance. Nokia E61 was a real competitor for the Blackberry due to its complex email features and full-qwerty keyboard. Nokia E70 being the boss of the first wave of E-series was unable to turn into the showstopper due to its folding faults. The results of the first series were a bit disappointing for the company. Yet there were a multitude of reasons for that out of which the most noticeable one was that Nokia E60 and Nokia E61 had no camera option. Although, businessmen don’t need a camera phone but just for the sake of expanding the series gradually the company didn’t accumulate any camera in the two models. On the other hand, Nokia E71 had a 2.0 megapixel camera (1600 x 1200 pixels) for capturing images to continue the everyday workflow. Well, this is all about the past now coming to the present.

About a month back Nokia announce the Nokia E71; this device is the successor of Nokia E61i, this Quad-band phone has a shiny mono-block design with full QWERTY keyboard having dimensions 114 x 57 x 10 mm, this device weighs 127 grams. The design of the phone seems like a more innovative form of Nokia E61i and Blackberry Pearl 8800 series. The phone has a metallic and glossy texture. The phone has 2.36” Active Matrix TFT (QVGA) display (320 x 240 pixels) which supports 16 million colors. Now coming to the major purpose of the phone, as this device hold the same motive of faster email and business solutions, the phone has the complete range of complex email features (sending, receiving with attachments). The phone has a rather simple email set-up. The phone has compatibility with Microsoft Exchange via Mail for Exchange, The phone supports IMAP (with Idle support), POP3 & SMTP email clients. Similar to Nokia E61i, this tool also supports Nokia Intelli-sync Wireless Email. The device has Integrated Nokia Mobile VPN too. As far as email is concerned, the phone is “rich”. As we move further we have some of the most compelling features. The most senior Eseries member E71 is an example of ideal design with simple construction. The phone has full QWERTY keyboard and dedicated one-touch keys (similar to Nokia 9300i) with predefined access to the common features (Home, Calendar, Contacts and Email). The phone has voice features which includes Speaker Dependent and Speaker self-determining Voice dialing. The textual input of the phone is assisted by auto-completion, auto-correction, auto-punctuation and learning capabilities. The Navi™ key has a notification LED light and has fast scrolling options.

Now coming to the actual reason of the cell phone itself, the telephone mode seems to be quiet strong as it has complex features. As far as the incoming calls are concerned the Any key answer & Automatic answer (with headset or car kit) option is available. Further, Nokia E71 has call waiting, call hold, conference calling, call divert, call timer (during & on end), logging of dialed, received and missed calls, fixed dialing number support, NDPTT (Network Dependent Push to talk), automatic redial, Speaker dependent and Speaker Independent Voice Dialing (SDND, SIND) options. Contacts with images, Vibrating alert (internal), Side volume and mute keys are also there to enhance the look, interface and professionalism. The support for VoIP (Voice over IP) is also provided by Nokia. Because of having a full-QWERTY keyboard messaging in Nokia E71 is a true pleasure and yet it’s a pleasant job to write emails, business reports, articles and notes in an instant. Nokia E71 has SMS features (with Multiple SMS deletion), Text-to-speech message reader, MMS, distribution lists for messaging, instant messaging with Presence-enhanced contacts & Cell transmit (network dependent feature). The phone is loaded with features which can support the user in every single business activity. The phone has locking features which include Device Lock, Remote Lock, and Data encryption (for both phone memory & micro-SD card). As I have discussed above that this phone is the successor of Nokia E61i. Nokia E71 has full HTML browser (with HTML, XHTML, MP, WML, CSS) which works over HTTP and WAP 2.0 protocols. The phone also supports JavaScript 1.3 & 1.5 versions.

Nokia E71 has an internal dynamic shared memory pool of 110 MB. The phone has a microSD card slot with Hot Swap facility. According to the manufacturer, the expansion limit for external memory is 8 GB. The phone has CSD (Circuit Switched Data), HSCSD (High Speed Circuit Switched Data) for faster data conversion over the air and with a compatible PC and other handheld devices, GPRS class A, multislot class 32, maximum speed 100/60 kbps (DL/UL), EDGE class A, multislot class 32, maximum speed 296/177.6 kbps (DL/UL), WCDMA 900/2100 or 850/1900 or 850/2100, maximum speed 384/384 kbps (DL/UL), HSDPA class 6, maximum speed 3.6 Mbps/384 kbps (DL/UL), WLAN IEEE 802.11b/g. The WLAN has security options which include security protocols, WEP, 802.1X, WPA and WPA2. The web-browser has TCP/IP support. The phone can also be used as a modem by using the Nokia PC Internet Access (compatible PC Suite required). This device is ideal for the local connectivity as well. Nokia E71 has infrared (max speed. 115 kbps) and Bluetooth 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate, MTP (Multimedia Transfer Protocol) & A2DP. Bluetooth feature is further enhanced with preset profiles which include DUN, OPP, FTP, HFP, GOEP, HSP, BIP, RSAP and GAVDP. The phone has Network (LPR) Line Printer Daemon protocol (RFC1179) for connecting the device with compatible printer via Bluetooth and USB Port.

Now coming to the customization options, this is another Series 60 3rd edition device which has Symbian OS 9.1. Being a Symbian phone is a quiet charming thing for such a phone. The newest feature as far as customization options are concerned is the Home Screen modes option. The device has an option of switching the two home screen modes with customizable active standby views (including shortcuts, menu style, option placement & themes). The phone has a support for new applications. The phone comes up with Flash Lite 3.0, Dictionary, Quickoffice (Quickword, Quickpoint, Quicksheet), PDF Viewer, ZIP Manager, Download!, File Manager, Nokia Search & Nokia Maps already installed. The manufacturer has assembled an Integrated A-GPS in Nokia E71i.

It seems a quiet old and obsolete idea to say that a business phone can be completed without a camera, well Nokia being the hot-favorite for decades can do every possible thing to satisfy the costumers. In Nokia E71, The Company has provided a 3.2 Megapixel (2048 x 1536 pixels) camera with Autofocus and LED flash (with 1 meter range). The camera has focal length of 3.8mm and a focal range of 10 cm to infinity. The focal length seems quiet low for a 3.2 megapixel camera but the reason behind this is the sleek and stylish construction and design of the genius Eseries King, Nokia E71 itself. The camera has digital zooming capability (upto 4x) and has a macro-focus of 10-60 cm. The camera has flash modes (including red eye reduction), auto exposure (centre weighed) modes, capture modes, color tone modes and scene modes for outclass photography. The Viewfinder opens in Fullscreen with Active Toolbar. The camera has video capabilities which includes recording upto 1 hour in 640 x 480 (VGA) at 22 fps, 320 x 240 (QVGA) at 30/15 fps, 176 x 144 (QCIF). The video has digital zoom options too. The Video recording file formats are mp4, .3gp; codecs: H.263, MPEG-4 VSP & Audio recording format is AMR. The phone lacks recording in WAV format (well this feature was provided in Nokia 9300, 9500 and 9300i communicating devices). The phone has video streaming capabilities which include streaming of 3GPP, MP4 & RM (RealMedia) file formats. The normal ringtones can be replaced by Video Ringtones. Like the previous Eseries members Nokia E71 has music player & the music playback file formats are mp3, WMA, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+. The phone has Visual FM Radio (having the range of 87.5-108 MHz). This device has a 2.5 mm Nokia AV connector. It could have been a better thing if it would have a 3.5 mm connector but of course, this device doesn’t belong to Nseries. The device further has Nokia Podcasting support and synchronizing music with Windows Media Player is also available.

The phone has an advanced phone book with multiple entries option, clock (analogue and digital), alarm clock with ring tones, reminders, calculator with advanced functions, calendar with week and month view, converter, active Notes, to-do list, PIM information viewable during call.

It concludes that Nokia-E71 is a highly professional and ideal device for people on the go. Moreover, it has basic, higher and even complex features to persuade the requirements & needs of businessmen who want to have their offices traveling with them in their pockets.

Today, with VoIP resellers, telecommunication industry holds vast potential for spreading VoIP call termination services across the world. The clients of VoIP resellers belong to different sectors of the business, that is, from professional to businessman and residential users at large.

Well, it can be said that VoIP is gaining attractiveness over conventional public switch telephony network. Branded VoIP resellers are considered as intermediaries between VoIP providers and end users. VoIP resellers avails some part of VoIP switch from VoIP service providers and give it to end users. so, it can be said that relationship with VoIP provider and reseller is a one-step opportunity to connect with the best carriers. Before selecting a VoIP provider, any reseller must opt for the provider that gives more features and services.

VoIP telephony reseller proposal is best suitable for those business houses that have strong client base spread in their geographical region. Well, with good customer base, efficient and sound sales department is mandatory for venturing in VoIP services. So, without spending more on setting up infrastructure or invest in capital, resellers have an capability to terminate over 20, 000 calls. Moreover, for being a VoIP reseller, one must have a deep knowledge of VoIP.

Resellers of VoIP provide high speed of Internet access and allow end user to make more than one call at any time. To improve the efficiency of resources, VoIP reseller allows its end users to share data, video and voice through single line. Besides that, VoIP reseller services enable users to access long distance or international calls at cheaper rates. To consider reseller’s benefit, VoIP providers offer two different VoIP resellers program. Standard and white label or premium VoIP reseller course provides various advantages to end users.

A technical communication breakthrough, the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) can allow you have voice conversations through a broadband Internet connection or any Internet Protocol-based network instead of a regular phone.

The other expressions for the VoIP are: IP telephony, broadband telephony, Internet telephony, voice over broadband or broadband phone.

There are advantages in choosing to use VoIP over the typical phone line. You automatically get phone calls once you get connected to the Internet, despite of the network that you are using. Even during phone conversations, you can still access the other programs in your workstation.

VoIP is also achievable during road trips; you just use a mobile phone that can connect to the Internet. Incoming calls to your home will be treated as local calls wherever you connect to the Internet.

VoIP to VoIP calls are usually free of cost, which is a good advantage. But the VoIP user would be charged if he or she makes a VoIP to PSTN calls.

Stable Internet connection for VoIP service users is a further advantage. This ensures faster access and delivery of good excellence voice data.

There are other features in the VoIP services that are not offered with the traditional analog phones. These include video conversation, conferencing, sending or exchanging files parallel to the conversation, managing your address book and more.

How does VoIP work? Through the VoIP service, your voice is converted to digital signals that overtake through the Internet connection to a destination that you choose. Also, through this service, you can make calls by a computer or a VoIP phone. In case the computer is turned off, the standard phone line can be used to make and receive calls.

An important requisite obviously is that VoIP users should have a high speed broadband Internet connection.

The VoIP phone is plugged directly into the broadband connection and this can already be used just like any other traditional phone. But if you want to use your usual telephone, you will need to connect it to a VoIP adapter. The dial tone will be provided by the service provider. Remember that you would need the VoIP program and a microphone when you use the computer to make phone calls.

How does the VoIP system work for long distance or local calls? You would need an area code that may be different from the area code of where you reside.

This code would determine whether calls are long distance or local calls. If the person calling you is outside the area or the service covered in your VoIP, he will be charged for a long distance call.

But this could differ, depending upon the terms set by the VoIP service provider. There are some service providers who charge a fixed rate for a certain time limit regardless of the distance between you and who you call.

Who can you call with your VoIP service? This information would depend on the terms, conditions and services available of your VoIP service provider.

But you can call anyone who has a telephone or mobile number and this includes loca or long distance calls. The person you are calling will no longer need any special device other than his phone to receive your VoIP call. You can also make simultaneous calls or conduct video conferences, again, depending on the terms and service of the VoIP provider.

One disadvantage of VoIP phones is that during power outage, some services are not available so some VoIP providers provide backup power. Another disadvantage is that you have be constantly connected to the Internet to make and receive calls.

But you can divert the call to an analog phone or mobile phone if you do not want to miss any incoming calls. You can also activate your voice mail box so your messages can still be received even when you can no attend to them.

It is advisable that you choose a VoIP service provider that offers the directory assistance or white page listings because not all service providers offer this feature.

Also, check with the provider if they can directly connect you to the emergency service 911. Nonetheless, calling 911 through your VoIP phone will be treated differently from that using the traditional phone. But what matters is that you are able to readily seek help at times that you need it.

Connection to any place around the globe is possible with the use of a VoIP phone.

< ![endif]-->Make a vast VoIP deal! Young USA Technology provides you with actual phone numbers you can give to anyone. Call all over the United States and talk as long as you like on Charter’s low fixed rate plan it’s a great VoIP deal. Besides that, there’s also a storm of services that can be added to your phone service like call waiting, voice mail, caller ID, and the list goes on.

Connecting a VoIP service effectively provides you an additional telephone line. Your existing copper wire service will still work for you, but now you can make calls on your VoIP service at the same time. Connect from UK to anywhere in this earth without worrying about terrible telephone bills.

Skype has pretty excellent VoIP deals on International rates. Skype is already working (in some form) on the iPhone, and considering the iPod Touch and the iPhone are as similar as Apple says they are, the software shouldn’t be an issue. Getting the audio in and out to the right places is where the problem lies in many VoIP deals.

Switch to the finest cable provider. Make a great VoIP deal while you do so! Switch Call has a 5 monthly cost, better phones, and other bundled features. But the real signal that VoIP is here is in announcements like Switch Call’s announcements that are based on the colorless, frankly dull business of comparing one call package with another.

Based on information and study, we invested in a VoIP deal heavily in a complex architecture and programming scenario that would allow us to amassed and consolidate the services. If you need to solve a problem strike a VoIP deal, give SolveForce a try at the solution. Based on these imperative things, you can choose the right choice – get connected with the people and the world, anytime-anywhere – great VoIP deals.

Yet, I’d rather remain net-free on flights than be subjected to folks yammering on headsets all flight along. Is it just me? Yet one only has to have a closer look at their international rates, and then you will see immediately that once an unsuspecting customer has signed up for their services they are taken for a ride. This is not such a great VoIP deal! Although GMX is a highly regarded company and an established ISP in Germany the international VoIP call rates are the most expensive to many destinations in the world and substantially a VoIP deal higher than the average.

SunRocket Internet Phone Service has the ability to save you money in a couple of ways. One way that you get less expensive service is because the company has very low rates on its monthly calling plans, normally even lower than the most basic plans of local telephone companies. SunRocket is the nation’s leading VoIP deal provider of Voice over Internet Protocol services. If you are not familiar with VoIP (as it is commonly known), you might be missing out on a telephone service that can give you plenty of fresh options as well as save you plenty of money in the VoIP deal. SunRocket will have to prove they rendered service properly. If they can’t provide sufficient evidence, the credit card company will debit the disputed amount from their account and credit it to mine.

Call rates and voice quality in a VoIP deal are a major concern when one register with any voip provider. Calls to landlines not associated with an active Gizmo user account cost Gizmo’s standard rates. Call quality is fine on my cable internet connection, but on two of my longer-length calls, a delay started to creep in and eventually I had to hang up and try again and that makes this not such a great VoIP deal. However, since we rarely use our home phone, I’d consider using it as a primary line.

Nokia 3310 is one of the massively papular phone from the Nokia company which released in 2000. This phone introduced some simple ring tone passion. This phone has record sale in the world. I’m not sure if you still have this phone. If you have then here some useful cheats for Nokia 3310

* # 06 # – Displays the serial number of your phone (IMEI)

* # 0000 # – Displays the version of the Software

2. second row – Release Date Software
3. rd line – Type of phone

Performance Codes:

Will be prompted to enter a type of “warranty code”

Date of repairs (if any)

Transfer user data?

* 3370 # Enhanced Mode polnorazryadnogo coding (increasing the quality of communication, reduced battery time)

The ability of the regime depends on the network.

In the newer versions of software (probably starting with version 4.73 and later) polnorazryadnogo encoding mode is the default. Therefore, this combination can not work on new phones.

# 3370 # Disable mode polnorazryadnogo coding.

Note: After entering the data codes, the phone will be restarted with new settings.

* 4720 # Activate mode sex bit encryption.

The quality of connection drops, but the battery time is increased by 30% (reduced energy consumption).

# 4720 # Disable mode polurazryadnogo coding.

* # 746025625 # (= * # sim0clock #) You can check whether the SIM Clock stop

Extras:

[* # war0anty #] (* # 92702689 #) – slyzhebnaya information: date of manufacture, serial number, date pokypki, whether Repair and when. Exit – turn off and the inclusion of appapata.

[* # sim_clock #] (* # 746025025 #) – poddepzhivaet SIM fazy2 (sleep mode) or not.

Codes to determine whether LTC ystanovlen to appapat or not

Your Hokiya may be blokipovana 4 species lokov:

* SPROVIDER-LOCK – 1
* NETWORK-LOCK – 2
* COUNTRY-LOCK – 3
* SIMCARD-LOCK – 4

For ppovepki statysa these lokov entered string:

# pw + (MASTERCODE) + (y) #, where

* – P = press * 3 paza
* – W = 4 Press * paza (in opiginale naobopot w – 3 paza, p – 4)
* – + = Press * 2 paza
* – MASTERCODE = is the shtyka, kotopoy zalochili your appapat. But to verify statysa introduces 1234567890
* – Y = number of 1 to 4

Example: # pw +1234567890 +1 # – the phone should give information on the status of SPLOCK, but again, it is noteworthy that some Nokia 3310 give the same answer to all 4 the request, perhaps the answer to SIMCARD-LOCK.
