Few years back it was impossible to find anyone on the bases of only cell phone. But now this advance technology has turned the tables. The most important reason for a tracking cell phone number is to find or know about the unknown number. With just a single cell phone number, you can find the exact location from where you are being called, investigate about theft and get family background. In case of spam e-mails, the important part is a correct e-mail address. E-mail lookup can be used to trace the e-mail or the server provider.

There are free services available which can help you to a great extend. This certainly works when you number or e-mail address in available on phone lookup database, that’s your luck. Generally there are not such large databases available on internet.

A reverse cell phone service is the best alternative. You pay a certain amount to legitimate service provider for subscription. They provide you with a unique policy of payment on getting results. You simply give the phone number you want to know. That’s the work on your behalf. Remember that phone number includes area code along with seven digit number. You will get all information and records regarding that number, which helps you to make a surprise call or even visit to that person.

Online yellow pages can also be used for same purpose. After getting phone number yourself, you will go for a company that can give you details. Regarding company you will be selecting, you can check reviews for others and search on internet which company costs you minimum and give good and fast results!

This is a good news for mobile phones. In January 2010 mobile users will be able to access on Internet Register Numbers Excluded (RNE), a system which simply registers the mobile numbers for free and block the receipt of text messages (SMS) or multimedia messages (MMS) with commercial or advertising purposes. “The operator in turn must validate the request and proceed to exclude the user from the databases sending such messages,” said an official of the Commission Regulatory Communications (CRC).

This register will be managed directly by the CRC. Cristian Lizcano, executive director of the organization said that this decision will continue to comply with Act 1341 of 2009, which is aimed at protecting the rights of users Information Technologies and Communications.
