A Chinese company ZTE has introduced first mobile handset that can be charged with solar energy. The ZTE group says, about 20 million people will be beneficial of this new invention who still living without power and other energy sources. .
The spokes man of ZTE said, this phone was introduced by Samsung in a Mobile World Conference held in South Korea. This conference was called to find out alternative energy sources and their deployment. The name was given to this Samsung’s phone is BlueEarth and there is small solar receiver on back of this BlueEarth phone. This phone will be released in market for sale at the end of this year. Further spokesman said, all the functions of this phone will work with sunlight.
In this exhibition in South Korea, a company LG has also introduced a mobile phone that works with solar energy but they haven’t decide any name for this phone neither they given any time frame to sell this phone in market.
