Setup an asterisk server and buy minutes via SIP to Pakistan. Configure that account in your asterisk server and simply send calls through that account. 2. If you can't buy voip termination to Pakistan then place a server in Pakistan and install Wateen or PTCL lines at that server and send calls to Pakistan. 3.
