There are two ways to use IAXmodem with static or dynamic libraries. If there is any machine in its version of spandsp or libiax2 different to those included with IAXmodem it is best to use static libraries (eg for distributions as trixbox preinstalled or similar) otherwise to make an installation dynamics.
